just really sucks. it’s amazing how much one person can make a difference in your life… talking every single day…all day long. I miss that. Miss my best friend. But you don’t miss me. So I guess that’s the end of this.
i was so stressed out and just wanted to cry and didn’t know what to do. i felt like i wasn’t good enough for someone. i was their second choice and i don’t understand what more i could have done…. there was nothing. so i sat in my bathroom with a straw, and purged. it was weird. it was satisfying. sitting there, watching everything come out. it was almost a stress - reliever. i’m not saying i’m going to do this on a regular basis but it made me feel a bit better. less stressed. i might do it later again tonight.. maybe. :/
summer-in-june requested a workout for the butt! So here’s an easy one that you can add dumbbells to to make harder. Feel free to repeat the whole workout 2-3 times through to really work!
Alright, so here’s the deal. Summer will soon be upon us. Actually, the weather across most of the U.S. is probably telling most of you that it’s already here. But the truth is, it’s only March, which means you still have time to get into beach-ready shape and sculpt your best bikini body! And, you can do it with me! ;)
Fit Sugar recently shared this epic list of 11 boot camp style workouts, all aimed at helping you get ready for bikini season. My goal is to try them all, and I want you to do it with me! Starting today, every Saturday up until June 2nd (11 Saturdays from now) I’ll be completing a new Bikini Boot Camp Workout from the list and posting it here to help remind you to get your bikini bottom in tip top shape! (P.S. Fellas, I know you’re probably not planning to throw on a bikini before you head to the beach, but you can totally join in on this challenge if you want a “beachin’ body!”)
Of course, just one workout a week won’t yield the kind of results we’re looking for here, so remember to use this as an extra supplement to your normal weekly workout routine, which should also include a clean, healthy diet! Deal? Deal!

FIRST. MAKE LE SALSA. (no exact measurements, just as much as you need haha)
What I used yields 2 servings.
- some green bell pepper
- about 1/3 of a regular sized tomato
- 1/3 of a sweet onion
- 2 radishes
- a splash of lime juice
- cracked black pepper
- crack two egg whites into a heated pan (I rushed and got some yolk in)
- add turkey! (I used Oscar Meyer Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey)
- flip. add 1 slice of american cheese (or whatever you want)
- (This part is optional)
- Spread 1 tsp of Smart Beat “Mayo” onto wrap.
- (I used Tumaro’s Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil wrap)
- add egg whites to the wrap, making sure you put it in the middle and towards the top, like so.
- add some shredded romaine/lettuce/baby spinach
- top with salsa!
- fold up the bottom!
- fold in one side!
- fold in the other and hold together with a tooth pick and VOILA!
For a breakfast of:
- a wrap
- 2 egg whites
- 1 slice cheese
- green bell peppers
it only comes out to
- 265 calories
- 6g of fat
- 28g carbs
- 28g protein
